It seems when I get commands I either don't obey them or my body? tenses up as I do them so it didn't work also I can't relax cause I myself am a hypnotist ans as I watch I some how even though I fell completely relaxed I still think clearly. And clearly enough to pick up failures and victories you have plus I add my own twists but it seems I am one of those people who can go completely blank and at the end of the vid I just snap right out of it.
